HOORAY – A 53-46 vote

The  lists 21 points dealing with firearms control, but perhaps of most interest is point number 11:

“CALLS FOR MEMBER STATES TO SUPPORT WEAPONS COLLECTION and DISARMAMENT of all UN countries”.

By a 53-46 vote – The U.S. Senate voted against the U.N. resolution. HOORAY.

This is that brief, glorious moment in history when everyone stands around…reloading.

Now, which 46 Senators voted to destroy us? Well, let their names become known ! See below . If you vote in one of the states listed with these 46 “legis..traitors”… vote against them.

In a 53-46 vote, the Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.

The Statement of Purpose from the Senate Bill reads: “To uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.” The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S. and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry, now get this, on all private guns and ammo.

Astonishingly, 46 out of our 100 United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power.

Here are the 46 senators who voted to give your rights to the U.N.:

Baldwin (D-WI)

Baucus (D-MT)

Bennett (D-CO)

Blumenthal (D-CT)

Boxer (D-CA)

    Jean,
I think this came from 2013? There is only the HOAX thing on Google about it. Here’s one such entry:
    The Truth:

It is true that 46 Senators voted against Amendment 139 on the Senate Floor on March 23, 2013. There were actually 44 Senators from the Democratic Party. As for the charge of treason, that is for each American to decide. Below is the text of the oath of office that is administered to U.S. Senators:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

This wasn’t really a ‘hoax’ — it was a Democratic Socialists’ “non-binding ‘test’ amendment” — merely intended to target the attention of the Senate conservatives [swat-the-beehive-and-run maneuver]. Another example of our tax dollars at waste, rather than actually working on America’s problems and voting for a plan/law of action that would work for and serve “We the People” to resolve problems.

U.S. Senate Roll Call Votes, 113th Congress, 1st Session.
Compiled through the Senate LIS by the Senate Bill Clerk under the direction of the Secretary of the Senate. Statement of Purpose: “To uphold Second Amendment rights – [Isn’t that cute? They are voting to uphold the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, for a change] – and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty [Signing a Treaty/agreement does not ever change or delete our Constitution, unless we let them get away with it].”

All of the gun-control tactics (registrations, permits, ammo restrictions, good citizen-gun-turn-in drives, civil asset forfeiture raids…) prove that there are plans to confiscate our guns. Whether we know it or not, or like it or not.

Regarding gun-control, France has some of the tightest gun-control measures on the planet so if we are expected to believe the official story of the Paris massacre, then clearly, “gun-control” does not make anyone safer! Killers will still get guns and use them to kill unarmed/disarmed innocents!

I am having a hard time believing that “folks” are still trying to put vehicles in space that can accommodate passengers. Have they not heard of ET ships? Apparently this is Amazon’s owner and he’s reaching for space in Texas.

    Jean,
I guess while the general population is watching Turkey, Syria and Russia, Netanyahoo is a busy little man driving up business.
I wish I understood Greek, PM Tsipras is answering all the questions in Greek. If you profile both of their faces, it’s the strangest thing; Tsipras looks like he just wants to laugh and Netty keeps scanning the audience in between napping when he’s looking at Tsipras.
