Many observers fear that not only are we seeing a new Cold War, but that we are also in the throes a new global arms race. This stems from the United States being both wildly over-stretched militarily and wildly irrational.
In short: broke and paranoid.
Zbigniew Brzezinsky Forced to Downsize US Imperial Ambitions . . . dangerous thinking: totally out of touch with reality.
“America can only be effective in dealing with the current Middle Eastern violence if it forges a coalition that involves, in varying degrees, also Russia and China”.
“The political prospect for China in the near future is to become America’s principal partner in containing global chaos, of the sort that is spreading outward (including to the northeast) from the Middle East. If it is not contained, it will contaminate Russia’s southern and eastern territories as well as the western portions of China”
The United States feigned surprise during the simulation of an attack by the Russian aviation against the USS Donald Cook in the Baltic Sea. And yet, as we have reported, Russia already has the capacity to block the ship’s Communications & Commands, and did so, observes Manlio Dinucci, because the ship was in the process of violating the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF). Furthermore, the US nuclear deployment occurred as China is developing hypersonic launchers, a part of whose trajectory will be in glide mode, inspiring new research by DARPA. As from now, Raytheon and Lockheed Martin are participating in the Tactical Boost Glide Program.
The White House is «preoccupied» because Russian fighters flew over a US ship at very close range in the Baltic Sea, making a «simulated attack» – as reported by our news agencies. However, they did not inform us as to which ship it was, nor why it was in the Baltic Sea.
In fact, it was the USS Donald Cook, one of the four missile-launching units deployed by the US Navy for the «defence of NATO missiles in Europe». These units, which are to be increased in number, are equipped with the Aegis radar system and SM-3 interceptor missiles, but also with double-capacity Tomahawk cruise missiles, both conventional and nuclear. In other words, they are nuclear attack units equipped with a «shield» designed to neutralise the enemy riposte.
The confrontation last week between Russian aircraft and a US-Polish naval operation in the Baltic Sea, within shooting distance of Kaliningrad, was a long anticipated and professionally executed exercise by the military commanders of all three countries. “Unprofessional”, as Admiral Mark Ferguson commanding US Naval Forces in Europe called it, was the very least thing it was. But who provoked, who feinted, who attacked first, and who defended are questions the publicity that has followed is meant to obscure.
One outcome that was not anticipated by either the attackers or defenders has begun to materialize in Warsaw. There, the rhetoric of military buildup along Poland’s eastern frontier has run into the cold calculation that Poland’s survival chances aren’t likely to be much better than those of the USS Donald Cook, if there had been a real firefight, Turkish style.

Color Revolutions have brought destabilization and destruction to a growing number of victimized states ever since the US unleashed the first modern one against Serbia in 2000. It might come off as antithetical for any multipolar supporter to claim that constructive and applicable lessons can be learned by studying this technology, but as taboo and ‘politically incorrect’ as it may be to say that, the present global strategic situation suggests that it’s actually true and conforms to the forecast that the author made last summer. The disciplined and selective utilization of key precepts of Color Revolution planning can be instrumental in catapulting a multipolar cause to the forefront of domestic and even international politics, which is why it’s so advantageous for activists to learn these techniques.
Whether consciously or by coincidence, the Balkans are once more leading the way in spearheading the deployment of a revolutionary strategy, albeit this time it’s not one of unipolar domination, but of multipolar liberation. The civil society movements that have sprouted up in the Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia over the past year share in the similarity of being test cases where low-intensity Color Revolution technology has been applied to advance multipolar agendas. While each ongoing case study is presently separate from the other, the exciting potential exists for their respective momentums to converge together in forming the basis for a peaceful multipolar front coalition that could effect serious geopolitical change in the Balkans. In order for that to happen, however, several preliminary steps must be undertaken first.

I was in first grade the first time I recall hearing how America was sending aid to millions overseas. The year was 1962, at the time we only had 3 TV stations to watch, that is if one lived in a big town. Over half a century later the truth of American giving casts a dark and ominous shadow over our heritage. Here is a short story my countrymen need to hear, but one which few will enjoy reading.
Last summer the state of Texas was ablaze over concerns surrounding the Jade Helm military drills held across the state prompted some to speculate that the Federal government was preparing for either a local insurrection, secession planning contencies for the Lone Star state or even a “Texas takeover.”
Similar confusion returned earlier this week when dozens of McLennan Community College students posed as unruly protesters as part of a Federal Emergency Management Agency training program. This “first of its kind” three day exercise in Waco, Texas was overseen by the Department of Homeland Security, during which police officers from fifteen different departments took part in drills on how to deal with riots and conduct mass arrests.”
